The United Technologies Center (UTC) Adult Education CCMA Training Program prepares students to become competent entry-level Medical Assistants. 

9/2/2025 - 3/26/2026 / Tues & Thurs / 5:30p-8:00p 

Successful students will participate in a 160-hour clinical externship (daytime hours) while attending class.

Subjects covered are medical terminology, anatomy/physiology, cardiac monitoring/procedures, phlebotomy, medical law/ethics, and medical office administration/procedures. The training program is designed to develop the critical skills needed to perform clinical, laboratory and administrative duties in physician's offices, hospitals, urgent care facilities and other healthcare agencies. 

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Other prerequisites will be detailed during the application process

Please note: a non-refundable background check fee is not covered in the tuition; applicant responsibile for the fee during the application process.
